Tool Bar. The icons across the top represent shortcuts to the menu items.
  Status Indicator. Green means the timer is active, red means the timer is off, and yellow means timer is paused. You can alternately set these to black, gray, and white in the Preferences.
  Total Marked Indicator. When the Indicator is visible, it means the totals are calculated from the marked time entries. If the Total Marked Indicator is not visible, the totals are calculated from all timed entries.
  Total Elapsed time from either all time entries or from marked time entries.
  Total Charge from either all time entries or from marked time entries.
  On-line help. Move the cursor over any of the tool bar buttons to display information about the button. Click on the ? button to turn off the help messages.
  Total Paused time from either all time entries or from marked time entries.
  Time Under Budget displays how much time is left if you've set a budget.
  Charge Under Budget displays how much charge is left if you've set a budget.
  Standard Macintosh Zoom window button.
  Name of person or company that the copy of TimeTracker is licensed to.
  Number of time entries in the current document.
  Percentage of data in the file. Due to limitations of the Macintosh List Manager, each file can contain only so much data. It's recommended to keep this value under 90%.
